The techniques are extremely fast, consistently and hard to perform!

  • Initial situation
    • The aggressor is located in front of the defender
    • Diagonal strike obliquely from above to the head

    • Distance shortening towards the aggressor
    • Upper inner forearm block (Jodan uchi uke) to the striking arm (not to the stick)with the arm opposite the striking arm, at the same time ...
    • ... vertical rising elbow strike (Age hizi uchi)) to the chin of the aggressor with the other arm

  • Defense technique

    • The blocking hand grips the wrist of the striking arm, at the same time ...
    • ... diving under the striking arm with a body rotation to the left, next to the aggressor
    • Changing hands, the free hand grips the wrist of the aggressor and stretches the striking arm by a strong pull frontwards, while ...
    • ... the other hand presses strongly on to the stretched elbow downwards and frontwards
    • By this elbow stretch lever the aggressor will be brought spirally into the prone position
