Vertical elbow strike, Joint kick

  • Initial situation
    • The aggressor is located right in front of the defender
    • One sided grip from the front in the stand into the hair
    • The grip is effected from above onto the top of the head

  • Loosen grip
    • Strike with the flat hand, opposite the gripping hand, on to the gripping hand
      When gripping the finger joints are flexed. The strike on the gripping hand creates a strong pain or fracture of the finger joints
    • The striking hand stays on the back of the gripping hand with corresponding pressure downwards
    • Hand stitch (Yubisaki ate) to the armpit with the same side arm, as the gripping hand
