Elbow strike downward to the elbow joint

basic defense posture while choking: Chin to chest / Pull up shoulders / Tense neck muscles

  • Initial situation
    • The aggressor is located laterally in an 90° angle next to the defender
    • Both handed strangulation from the side in the stand

  • Loosen grip
    • The hand facing away from the aggressor grasps from the outside under the front strangling hand ...
    • The fingers press here on the inner hand joint
    • The arm of the aggressors will be rotated inwards and be streched by pulling

  • Defense technique
    Sword finger technique, Vertical elbow strike
    • While pulling the arm of the aggressor, the distance is extended by a sideways step.
    • Parallel to the release of the grip, stings the other hand with a sword finger technique (Yubisaki ate) to the Jugular notch
    • The stitch executing hand performs a vertical elbow strike (Otoshi hizi uchi) on the streched elbow joint of the aggressor
