Ashi dori garami - leg control through holding

UKE is on his back with TORI on his right side in the area of his leg, both are looking in the same direction. TORI kneels with his left knee on the ground, while his right foot is placed on the ground. Tori fixed the right knee of UKE under his left armpit and places the palm of his left hand on the instep of UKE's right foot, which is located on his right knee; UKE's right leg is angled. Now TORI places his right hand under the calf of UKE's right leg on his own left forearm (palm down).

TORI turns his two wrists upward and lifts his right elbow. The lever has an impact on the ankle and the knee of UKE.

COMMENT:
If TORI raises UKE too strong and the right knee of UKE is not fixed enough under the armpit of TORI, there is a danger that UKE may exempt by a rotation to the left side.
