Kani garami - crab control

TORI is located in on the floor and UKE stands sideways at right angles next to TORI. TORI pushes his right leg behind the calf of UKE and brings his left leg in front of UKE's abdomen. UKE is located between TORI's legs like a scissors. TORI initiated a rotational movement of his entire body around 270 degrees clockwise, so that the position of his legs to the UKE has changed. His left leg is now behind UKE in his knees, while his right leg is in front of UKE at the level of the ankle joints and blocks them. TORI continues to turn to the right so UKE falls through the scissor action forward. TORI sets his upper body up and ends the technique as in the leg lever technique Ashi maki komi by blocking of UKE's right leg behind the knee with his right lower leg and corresponding pressure of UKE's lower leg upwards.

COMMENT:
Important for the success of this technique is the rapid movement of the body of TORI.
