Kuzure kote gaeshi - Hand twist flexor lever

Effect:

Static execution:
Bending the palm to the inside of the forearm and twisting the hand to the ulnar side

Comment:
The Hand twist flexor lever corresponds to the hand tilt lever (Kote gaeshi), but but the rotation or tilting of the wrist is done to the other side; so to the ulnar side (side of the little finger) and not to the spoke side. Again, a rotation of the arm is necessary before the approach of the lever; however, in contrast to hand tilt lever (Kote gaeshi), as an inward rotation. The aggressor is brought down by the rotation.

Kote gaeshi is suitable for fast and effective defense of various attacks, with priority at contact attacks. The technique provides an effective way to bring the aggressor to the ground rapidly. With this technique," the aggressor "lands in the prone position and not, as in Kote gaeshi in the supine or lateral position.
