Kote mawashi - Hand twist lever

Flexion of the hand to the inner side of the forearm, rotation to the ulnar side and tilting the little finger side to the middle of the body of the aggressor

Comment:
The hand twist lever must be preceded by an inward rotation of the arm; as for the hand twist flexor lever (Kuzure kote gaeshi). Here however, it is imperative that the defender is located laterally next to the aggressor after a body rotation of 180 °. The lever is initiated by the flexion of the palm to the the inner side forearm and the fixation of the elbow joint. After the handle is "sitting", the wrist is leveraged by turning it to the ulnar side and tilting towards the aggressor.

For effective implementation of the technique it is necessarily to pay attention to the blocking of the elbow joint, the angled arm of the aggressor forms a "Z". Caution in the execution, since the lever acts fast and strong; without excessive force!
