Turning the streched wrist to the ulnar side

Comment:
The forearm of the aggressor is positioned vertically, so that at the elbow joint approximately a right angle is formed. The elbow points upwards and will be blocked; e.g. with the shoulder or upper body. By twisting the hand towards the aggressor and lifting the forearm the lever acts. The movement is similar to “Screwing a screw into the ceiling”. To achieve appropriate success, make absolutely sure that the hand is not bent at the wrist.

Caution in the execution, since the lever acts fast and strong; without excessive force!
