Ude hisigi juji gatame - arm cross bend control

UKE attacks TORI with his right hand in the region of the neck or collar. TORI lowers his right knee, so that it pushes on UKE's lower body, he grabs with his right hand the right sleeve of UKE on the inside, just above the elbow, and pulls him up. Here, the right elbow of TORI remains close to his right side, his head can be tilted slightly to the right to lock UKE's right wrist at the collarbone. At the same time graps TORI with his left hand, thumb outside, in the right collar of UKE's jacket. This is strongly pressed against UKE's right side of the neck. TORI pushes his knee further against UKE's chest (at the level of the liver). His left knee is in contact with UKE's right ear.

So TORI performs a double, counter-rotating pulling motion , with his right arm upward and downward with his left hand. TORI tilts his head and his chest forward, where continued with his right knee braced on UKE. In this way he can lift his left leg over the head of UKE to set his heel beside the left cheek of UKE. If TORI now stretches his leg, his knee is on the trachea of UKE. Now TORI sets backwards on the ground, he strongly expresses his knees against each other. He lets go of the right collar of UKE and places his left hand also on the inside of UKE's right arm, below his right hand. TORI has his knees and thighs pressed together tightly (UKE must struggle to free his arm), his elbows lie heavily on his sides. Now he extends his hips up by tensing his abs while still fixing UKE's right arm heavily on his breastbone. It results in a over-extension of the elbow, which is fixed on top of TORI's pubic bone, through the inside of his thigh.

COMMENT:
This lever technique is often used to complete previous techniques effectively.
