Inguinal canal
[Canalis inguinalis]
Anatomy:
- As the inguinal canal [Canalis inguinalis] is called an anatomical structure in the groin area of the abdominal wall. Thereby units of the anterior abdominal wall come together so that an elongated channel will be formed, it starts at the abdominal cavity and goes through the abdominal wall to the front.

- With a targeted hit in the groin, the attacker bends down with his upper body and thus offers potential for subsequent techniques.
