Jugular notch
[Fossa jugularis]
Anatomy:
- The jugular notch [fossa jugularis] lies between the clavicles and bounded downwards from the top edge of the sternum.
Attack:
- Shock or pressure with the fingertips (Yubisaki ate) diagonally upwardTechnique is well suited to get the attacker into the bottom position
Consequence:
- Irritation of the windpipe [trachea]; throat irritation; trachea fracture
Comment:
- Only as temporary release technique used; At "bring down" technique should an appropriate counter pressure with the other hand built up.
