Forehead nerve
[Nervus frontalis]
Anatomy:
- The forehead nerve [nervus frontalis], and its two terminal branches of the external eye muscles draw to the middle of the upper edge of the eye cavity (inner beginning and the highest edge of the eyebrow) and arrives there on the surface, they are well palpable.
Attack:
- Finger pressure or stitch (Yubisaki Ate) to the eye socket; Fist strike (Ken ate) on the eyebrow
Consequence:
- If pressure or shock, a massive nerve pain (neuralgia) arises
Comment:
- When pressure is used an appropriate counter pressure; e.g. with the other hand on the back of the head, will be useful; In case of a shock, beware of injury to yourself
