TORI is sitting on UKE's stomach with erected right foot, his left knee is on the ground. TORI grips with his left hand; the thumb is located inside, the left collar of UKE and symmetrically thereto with his right hand the right collar. His hands are as far as possible towards UKE's neck. The two wrists of TORI are thus crossed in front of UKE's neck. TORI now kneels on his right knee and tilts his upper body forward, so that his head is next to the left side of the head of UKE - The strangulation begins immediately and vigorously.
COMMENT: This strangulation belongs to the group of blood choking. TORI places his outer edge of the hands on each side of the neck against the neck of UKE and closes his fists, while he leans forward - This leads to an effective strangulation. In this technique, the pressure on UKE's carotid arteries depends more on TORI's body weight, in contrast Gayaku juji jime, where the pressure is exerted by more arm strength.
