TORI grips directly with both hands the collar of UKE, with outward thumb, in the area of the carotid arteries; but without the hands crossing. TORI's to a fist clenched hands are therefore parallel and laterally on UKE's throat, he brings the outer surfaces of the hands together, which has a strong pressure on the sides of the neck (carotid arteries) of UKE as a result. At the same time TORI raises his hips up and puts his legs to UKE's head, to prevent him to set up. By a rotational movement of the hands of TORI and corresponding upward pressure, UKE is strangled by the little finger.
COMMENT: This strangulation belongs to the group of blood choking.
