TORI stands laterally adjacent to UKE.
TORI attacks UKE with his left hand by gripping UKE's right collar, the thumb is on the inside. Here TORI leads his forearm against the throat of UKE to its collar. Now he rises his left leg over UKE's head, so that the back of his thigh is pressed on the neck of UKE. TORI's right hand presses on UKE's left shoulder blade, to prevent him from erecting. It is quite beneficial if TORI diffracts his upper body forward. The hollow of the knee of his left knee and the back of his thigh press hard on the neck of UKE, while his left hand powerfully pulls up the right collar of UKE.
