UKE kneels and Tori stands at the head end in front of UKE; slightly offset to the right so there is his left shoulder at the level of UKE's left shoulder. He grabs with his left hand from UKE's left shoulder, the right collar of UKE as far as possible behind UKE's ear; the thumb is located inside. TORI's forearm is now transversely in front of UKE's neck above the larynx. TORI blocks with his left shoulder UKE's left side of the neck, where his upper body is strong diffracted; almost at a right angle. Here his body weight is on the left shoulder blade of UKE.
TORI now pushes his right arm under the back of the left arm of UKE; so under UKE's armpit and engages with outward thumb the left collar of UKE, which is strongly pulled down.
During this movement the pressure by TORI's torso on UKE's left shoulder blade is fully maintained. If necessary, TORI goes a step back to get out of reach of UKE's arms and feet.
COMMENT: This technique belongs to the area of air choking, because of the strong pressure of TORI's forearm on the trachea of UKE.
