TORI pushes UKE using his right hand to the left. UKE's weight now rests entirely on his right leg. TORI simultaneously pulls with his left hand UKE's right arm forward, to bring him further out of balance.
At the same time to these movements of the equilibrium refraction, TORI puts his left leg sideways in front of the left leg of UKE and turns on this leg counterclockwise before UKE (Kawaishi entrance). TORI sets his right leg to the side next to the right leg of UKE. TORI's feet's and UKE feet almost form a line. UKE's body has very little contact with TORI. The lower part of TORI's calf blocks UKE's right ankle and his right lower leg. By pulling with the left hand of TORI and pressure of the right hand UKE ultimately falls over his stretched right leg.
The following two points are the main component of the technique:
Usage: This throwing technique can be described as almost universal technique, it is readily usable to almost all attacks. The pressure with the right hand, can be varied in many ways, pressure on the head, neck, on the Kyusho points as a shock on the neck etc. Also for attacks from behind (e.g. grip, choking) Tai otoshi can be used well.
