Nage waza: Throw technique and lever on the Achilles tendon

Because these techniques are more complex, the description of the implementation is arranged on the right side. The technique is of course also applicable to the other side!

  • Initial situation
    • The aggressor is located in front of the defender
    • Side or front kick with the right leg to the lower body

  • Protection
    • The Hanbo is located in the right hand, so diagonally opposite the attacking leg
    • Strike with the Hanbo from the inside outwards against the inner lower leg of the kicking leg
