This technique uses a shoulder lever (Kata kansetzu waza) to transport the aggressor. At powerful persons the approach should be done fast and dynamic, to prevent the bending of the arm by the aggressor during approaching the lever and so withdraw the levering technique.
The slap on the face is blocked with a outer forearm block (Soto uke) of the opposite forearm.
The hand of the blocking arm grips the wrist of the striking arm and leads the arm in a circular movement from below to above towards the aggressor. Hereby the elbow of the aggressor is bend. The defender presses with the free hand the bended elbow of the aggressors downwards. During this movement the wrist holding hand lies the back of the hand of the aggressor into the own hollow of the elbow of the pressing arm.
The defender is lateral located next to the aggressor, he is because of the leverage, bend forward. The elbow of the aggressors will be blocked at the hip of the defender.
The defenders free hand grips the facing away ear of the aggressor and twists the head by corresponding pull. By lifting the hip, facing towards the aggressor the shoulder lever will be performed.
