In Ju Jutsu various forms of competition have been established meanwhile. The most common competitive systems are:

Imagine all competition system at this point is surely beyond the scope of this website. The most relevant systems, in my view, that come closest too the principle of defense I have chosen in my opinion and have placed them accordingly here.

Basically, you can roughly divided the various contest systems into three different categories:
- traditional individual competitions, such as in judo, karate, etc.
- Demonstration competition with a partner; prearranged techniques will be demonstrated
- Forms, martial arts techniques combined with show effects to a work of art.
Ultimately, everyone must decide for themselves which Competition is close to his best!
